Why are my analytics missing or wrong?

A number can be missing because a post is new, the platform doesn't share that metric, the account needs reconnecting, or your plan doesn't include it.

On this page
  1. A new post has no numbers yet
  2. A number shows as a dash (—)
  3. Numbers stopped updating
  4. The numbers differ from the platform's app
  5. A tab is locked or a period is missing
  6. Not enough posts
  7. When to contact support

Hyvo only shows numbers that platforms report, so a missing or different number usually has a simple cause. Find the one that matches what you see.

A new post has no numbers yet

Platforms report results over time. Give a new post a little while, then check again. To update one post now, open its ⋯ menu in Posts and choose Refresh numbers. In Analytics, Pull now (or the R key) updates every account in view.

A number shows as a dash (—)

The platform doesn't report that number to other apps. For example, Bluesky doesn't count views, and LinkedIn doesn't share impressions for personal profiles. See Which metrics each platform reports.

Numbers stopped updating

The account may need reconnecting. Check the Connect page for accounts under Needs attention. See Reconnect an account.

The numbers differ from the platform's app

Small differences are normal: platforms update their own apps first, and some count things slightly differently in what they share. Refresh the numbers, and compare the same period and time zone.

A tab is locked or a period is missing

On the Free plan, Analytics shows the Overview for the last 7 or 30 days. Every tab, longer periods, AI takeaways and reports are on Starter, Growth and Scale. See How Hyvo analytics works.

Not enough posts

Intelligence and Best time need a number of posts to find a pattern. Until then they show "Not enough posts yet". Keep posting and they fill in. See Find your best time to post.

When to contact support

Contact Hyvo Support if an account's numbers stay missing after you've refreshed them and checked its connection. Tell us the platform, the account and the period you're looking at.
