Plans and prices
- Hyvo plans and what each includesCompare Free, Starter, Growth and Scale side by side, with monthly and yearly prices and every limit.
- Upgrade, downgrade or switch billingUpgrades start today and are charged for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of it.
- Use a promo codeAdd a Hyvo promo code at checkout or to a plan you already have. Codes apply to monthly plans.
Payments and invoices
- Update your card and get invoicesChange the card you pay Hyvo with, and open or download receipts and invoices, in Settings → Plan & usage. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- My payment failedIf a renewal payment fails, your workspace uses the Free plan's limits until it's paid. Update your card in Settings → Plan & usage and pay the open invoice.
- RefundsHyvo payments are non-refundable, which is why there's a free plan to try it first. Charged by mistake? We'll fix it.
