Use a promo code
Add a Hyvo promo code at checkout or to a plan you already have. Codes apply to monthly plans.
Hyvo promo codes give you a discount on a monthly plan. Yearly plans already include their own discount, so codes don't apply to them.
When you subscribe
- Choose a paid plan with Monthly billing.
- On Stripe's checkout page, choose Add promotion code.
- Enter the code and choose Apply. The discount shows before you pay.
On a plan you already have
- Go to Settings → Plan & usage.
- Under Promo code, enter the code and choose Apply.
The discount applies from your next invoice. Only the workspace owner can redeem a code.
Rules for codes
- One code at a time. Use a new one after the current one has been used.
- Some codes are for one plan only. If a code is for a different plan, Hyvo tells you which plan it's valid for.
- Some codes are for first purchases only, or can only be used a set number of times.
- No switch to yearly while a code is running. A code's discount is meant for monthly invoices. You can switch to yearly after it has been used up.
If a code doesn't work
You'll see "That code isn't valid, has expired, or has already been used." Check the spelling (codes aren't case-sensitive), check the rules for codes on this page, and if it still doesn't work, contact us with the code.
