Update your card and get invoices

Change the card you pay Hyvo with, and open or download receipts and invoices, in Settings → Plan & usage. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Hyvo's payments are handled by Stripe. Hyvo never stores your full card number.

Update your card

  1. Go to Settings → Plan & usage.
  2. Under Payment, choose Update (or Add card if there's no card on file).
  3. Stripe's secure billing page opens. Add a new card, or change the default one.

Only the workspace owner can manage payment.

Receipts and invoices

Stripe emails a receipt every time a payment goes through, to the owner's email address. Every invoice is also listed under Invoices in Settings → Plan & usage, with its date, total and status, and you can open or download each one there.

What you can pay with

Credit and debit cards from the major networks, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment (for example with 3-D Secure).
