Cancel your plan

Cancel any time. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free.

You can cancel any time. Only the workspace owner can cancel.

Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Plan & usage.
  2. Choose Cancel plan.
  3. Hyvo shows exactly what will change. Read it, then confirm.

What happens

A timeline. Before you cancel, the workspace is on its paid plan. From the day you cancel until the end of the period you paid for, the plan shows Cancellation scheduled: every paid feature still works, and you can choose Resume to keep your plan. After that, the workspace is on the Free plan, and nothing is deleted.
What happens after you cancel
  • You keep every paid feature until the end of the period you paid for. Your plan won't renew after that.
  • Then the workspace moves to Free: 1 workspace, 2 social accounts, 10 scheduled posts and 20 Hyvo AI credits a month.
  • X can no longer publish from Hyvo, because X isn't on the Free plan.
  • If you have more accounts connected than Free allows, they stay connected and keep their history. You just can't add another until you're within Free's limit.
  • People you work with stay in the workspace, but you can't invite anyone new on Free.
  • Nothing is deleted.

Changed your mind?

Until the period ends, Settings → Plan & usage shows Cancellation scheduled. Choose Resume and your plan continues as before, as if you'd never cancelled.
