Delete your account
Schedule your Hyvo account for deletion in Settings → Account. You have 7 days to change your mind before your account and data are permanently deleted.
Deleting your account removes your data from Hyvo. It isn't immediate: you have 7 days to change your mind.
Delete your account
- Go to Settings → Account and choose Delete account.
- Hyvo lists exactly what will be deleted.
- Type your email address to confirm, then choose Schedule deletion.
What happens
- After 7 days, your account and your data are permanently deleted, including your Brand Memory and saved preferences.
- Workspaces with other people in them stay. Ownership passes to another person in the workspace, and Hyvo tells you who before you confirm.
- You leave any other workspaces you're in. They're not affected.
- Your paid plan is cancelled when the deletion completes, not today. You keep it for the 7 days, and you're not charged again.
- Posts you already published stay on each platform. Delete them there if you want them gone.
Changed your mind?
Sign in again within the 7 days. You'll see "This account is being deleted"; choose Keep my account and everything is as it was.
After 7 days, the deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
