Choose your notifications
Choose which Hyvo updates come by email and which only show in the app, in Settings → Notifications. Some account and billing emails are always sent.
Go to Settings → Notifications. For each kind of update, choose whether it's Sent by email or Shown in Hyvo only.
Kinds of updates
- Publishing: a post that didn't go out, or an account that needs reconnecting.
- Workspace: what's happening with your team.
- Weekly summaries: last week's numbers and the week ahead.
- Tips and reminders: help getting the most out of Hyvo.
- Offers and announcements: news about Hyvo and occasional offers.
You can also turn email notifications off altogether.
Emails Hyvo always sends
Some emails aren't optional, because you need them to use or protect your account: sign-in and verification codes, security alerts (like a new sign-in), workspace invitations, and billing emails.
Unsubscribing from an email
Every optional email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It turns off that kind of email only.
