How Hyvo analytics works
Where your numbers come from, which periods you can see on each plan, and how to compare and filter.
Choose Analytics in the sidebar to see how your accounts and posts are doing, all together.
Where the numbers come from
Every number comes from the platforms themselves. Each connected platform reports on your posts, and Hyvo shows those figures next to the post they belong to. Nothing is estimated or filled in: a number you see is one a platform returned. When a platform doesn't report something, Hyvo shows a dash (—), never a zero.
Hyvo also brings in the posts you published before you connected, so your analytics start with history.
Choosing the period
Pick a period at the top: the last 7 days or 30 days, and on paid plans 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. Results are compared with the previous period of the same length, or with the same period last year.
Filtering
Narrow the view to one platform or one account to see it on its own.

Updating the numbers
Platforms keep counting likes and views for days after a post goes out, so Hyvo refreshes your numbers regularly. To update one post right away, open its ⋯ menu in Posts and choose Refresh numbers. If numbers are missing or look wrong, see Why are my analytics missing or wrong?
