Tailor a post for each platform
Write once for every platform, then give any platform its own version, for example a shorter post for X or more hashtags for Instagram.
By default, a post has the same text everywhere. That's the fastest way to post to several platforms at once. When one platform needs something different, you can tailor it.
Give a platform its own version
- In the composer, open the preview for the platform.
- Choose Tailor for it.
- Edit that platform's text. The other platforms keep the main text.
A platform with its own version is marked Tailored, so you can see at a glance which ones differ.
Let Hyvo AI tailor every platform at once
When a post goes to more than one platform, open AI Assist (⌘J, or Ctrl+J on Windows) and choose Per channel. Hyvo AI writes a version for each platform you picked, fitted to its length and style and in your brand voice. Check each version in its preview before you publish.
Go back to one text
Choose Stop tailoring on a platform to drop its version and use the main text again. To edit every platform's text together, choose Edit every channel together.
