Use Canva designs and Unsplash photos

Canva

You can import your Canva designs into any post, on every plan including Free.

Connect Canva

1. In the composer, choose Import from Canva. (You can also connect it from the Connect page.)
2. Canva opens. Sign in and approve access.
3. Back in Hyvo, you'll see "Canva connected."

Import a design

1. In the composer, choose Import from Canva.
2. Search your designs, pick one or more, and choose Import design.
3. The design is attached to the post like any other photo.

If you just made a design and don't see it, it may take a moment to appear. If you disconnect Canva, designs you already imported stay in your posts.

Unsplash

Unsplash has millions of free, high-quality photos you can use in posts.

1. In the composer, choose Add a photo from Unsplash.
2. Search free photos, for example "coffee", and pick one.
3. Choose Use image.

Unsplash asks that photographers are credited, so when the post goes out Hyvo adds a line at the end of the caption: "Photo by *name* on Unsplash". The credit isn't added to your editor text, but the preview and the character counter include it, so you always see the caption the platform will receive.
