Connect LinkedIn (profile or Page)
Post as yourself or as a LinkedIn Page you administer. Each post can carry text with one image, one video or a link.
You can publish to your personal LinkedIn profile, to a LinkedIn Page you administer, or both.
Connect your profile
- In Hyvo, choose Connect in the sidebar, then LinkedIn.
- LinkedIn opens. Sign in and choose Allow.
- Back in Hyvo, your profile appears on the Connect page.
Add a Page
Pages publish through the LinkedIn profile that administers them, so connect your profile first. Then connect LinkedIn again and pick the Page you want to add. You need to be an admin of the Page on LinkedIn.
What Hyvo can do on LinkedIn
- Publish text with one image, one video, or a link. LinkedIn takes one attachment per post, so Hyvo stops you from adding a second rather than dropping it silently.
- Schedule posts.
- Show reactions and comments on posts Hyvo published.
- Edit the text of a published post.
Good to know
- A LinkedIn post can be up to 3,000 characters.
- LinkedIn doesn't share impressions or reach for personal profiles with other apps, so Analytics shows reactions and comments for those.
- If you disconnect your profile, the Pages that publish through it are disconnected too. Hyvo tells you which ones before you confirm.
