Find posts on the Posts page
Every post in one place: scheduled, drafts, published and any that need attention, with search, filters and bulk actions.
Choose Posts in the sidebar to see every post in your workspace, including what you published on your accounts before you joined Hyvo.
Tabs
- All: everything.
- Scheduled: waiting for their time.
- Drafts: started but not finished.
- Published: live on your accounts.
- Needs attention: posts that didn't reach every account. This tab only appears when something needs you.
Search, filter and sort
- Search by the words in a post.
- Filter by platform.
- Sort by Latest, Oldest or Most engaged.
- Switch between a List and a Grid view.
A post's status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved, not scheduled |
| Scheduled | Waiting for its time |
| Publishing | Going out now |
| Published | Live on every account it was sent to |
| Partly posted | Live on some accounts, refused by others |
| Failed | No account accepted it |
| Removed | Taken down |
Act on several posts at once
Select posts to bring up an action bar. You can retry, unschedule, refresh numbers or delete several posts together.
Act on one post
Open a post's ⋯ menu to Edit, Duplicate, Copy link, Open post on the platform, Refresh numbers, Retry a failed post, or Delete it.
