Use the calendar
See your scheduled and published posts by week or month, and drag a post to another day to reschedule it.
Choose Calendar in the sidebar to see what's scheduled and what has gone out.
Month and week
Switch between Month and Week at the top. Use the arrows to move to the previous or next month or week, and Today to come back.
Each post shows its time and the platforms it's going to. Open a post to see it in full, edit it or change its time.
Move a post to another day
Drag a scheduled post onto another day. It keeps its time of day and moves to the new date. While you drag, Hyvo shows where it will land, for example "Move to Mon 28 · 9:00".
If you move a post to today and its time has already passed, Hyvo picks the next time that's still ahead.
A note confirms the move, with an Undo button for a few seconds in case you dropped it in the wrong place.
On a phone or tablet, press and hold a post, then drag it.
You can't move a post onto a day that has already passed.
Plan a new post
Choose Create in the sidebar to write a post, then schedule it. It appears on the calendar straight away.
