Schedule from the composer

  1. Write your post and pick the accounts. See Create a post.
  2. Choose Schedule instead of publishing now.
  3. Pick a time:
    • Quick picks, such as In 1 hour, Tomorrow morning, Tomorrow afternoon or Monday morning.
    • Your best times: the hours your own posts do best, from your results. Available on Starter, Growth and Scale.
    • Set time: choose any day on the calendar and type a time.
  4. Choose Schedule to confirm.

The post now waits in Calendar and in Posts → Scheduled. At its time, Hyvo publishes it to every account you picked.

Which time zone is used?

Times follow your workspace time zone, so everyone on your team sees the same time. Set it in Settings → General → Time zone. See Set your workspace time zone.

Change or cancel a scheduled post

  • Change the time: drag the post to another day in the calendar, or open it and edit the time.
  • Edit the post: open it and choose Edit.
  • Stop it from going out: open its ⋯ menu and choose Unschedule. It moves back to your drafts.

What happens at the scheduled time

Hyvo publishes the post and records the result for each account. If a platform refuses it (for example, an account needs reconnecting), the post moves to Posts → Needs attention with the reason, instead of disappearing. See Why didn't my post publish?.

Posts a month by plan

Free includes 10 scheduled posts a month and Starter 150. Growth and Scale are unlimited.
