Publish your first post

Before you start, connect at least one social account. See How connecting accounts works.

Write and publish

1. Choose Create in the sidebar. The composer opens.
2. Pick the accounts the post should go to.
3. Write your post, or press ⌘J (Ctrl+J on Windows) to open AI Assist and ask Hyvo AI for a draft.
4. Add a photo or video if you like. Instagram needs one: it doesn't accept posts without an image or a video.
5. Check the preview for each platform. If one needs different wording, tailor it.
6. Choose Publish now, or pick a time and choose Schedule.

Hyvo then shows what happened on each account. If every account accepted it, you'll see "Every account accepted this post."

Where your post goes next

• A scheduled post waits in Calendar and in Posts → Scheduled until its time.
• A published post appears in Posts → Published, and its numbers show up in Analytics once the platform reports them.
• If a platform refuses the post, it moves to Posts → Needs attention with the reason. See Why didn't my post publish?.
