Manage several brands with workspaces

Each workspace is one brand or client, with its own accounts, posts, Brand Memory and team. Growth and Scale include several.

A workspace holds one brand: its social accounts, posts, calendar, analytics, Brand Memory and the people who work on it. If you manage several brands or clients, give each its own workspace so nothing gets mixed up.

One subscription, paid by one workspace, covers all your workspaces, shown here as your brand, client 1 and client 2. Each workspace keeps its own social accounts, posts and calendar, analytics, Brand Memory, and members and approval rules.
One subscription covers every workspace, and each keeps its own things

All your workspaces are covered by one subscription, the one on the workspace that pays.

Create a workspace

Open the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar and choose New workspace. Name it after the brand or client.

Switch between workspaces

Use the same workspace menu to move from one workspace to another. Everything you see (accounts, posts, calendar and analytics) belongs to the workspace you're in.

Manage them in one place

Settings → Workspaces lists your client workspaces and shows who works where across all of them, so you can add or remove people per workspace. See Invite people to your workspace.

What each workspace has of its own

  • Its connected social accounts
  • Its posts, drafts and calendar
  • Its analytics and reports
  • Its Brand Memory, so each brand keeps its own voice
  • Its members and approval rules
  • Its time zone and logo (in Settings → General)
