What is Hyvo AI?

Hyvo AI is the AI built into Hyvo. It knows two things: your brand (from your Brand Memory) and your results (from your connected accounts). It uses both to help you write and decide what to post next.

Where you'll find it

• Hyvo AI in the sidebar: chat with it, or give it a job to do.
• AI Assist in the composer (⌘J, or Ctrl+J on Windows): draft or improve the post you're writing. See Write with AI Assist.

Chat and Agent

Hyvo AI has two modes. Switch between them under the message box.

• Chat answers questions, gives ideas and advice from your accounts. You stay in control of every action. See Chat with Hyvo AI.
• Agent takes a goal and does the work: it reads your accounts, plans, writes and schedules. It asks before changing anything. Agent is available on Starter, Growth and Scale. See Hyvo AI Agent.

What Hyvo AI uses

• Your Brand Memory: your brand, voice, examples, documents and rules.
• Your connected accounts: your posts, what's scheduled, and how posts performed.

It answers from your own workspace and shows the data it used. It doesn't search the web or research other brands.

What Hyvo AI won't do

• Publish, schedule, change or delete anything without asking you first.
• Write harmful content. It refuses requests like that.

Your data

Hyvo AI runs on models Hyvo hosts itself. Your content isn't used to train AI models for other customers. See Privacy and your data.

Credits

Each plan includes Hyvo AI credits every month. A chat message is one credit, and an Agent run is five. See Hyvo AI credits.
