Teach Hyvo your brand with Brand Memory
Brand Memory is what Hyvo AI knows about your brand: your profile, voice, examples, documents and rules. Every draft is written from it.
Brand Memory is what Hyvo AI knows about your brand. The more it knows, the more its drafts sound like you. Find it in Settings → Brand memory.
Each workspace has its own Brand Memory, so every brand or client keeps its own voice.
The fastest start: learn from your website
On the Brand tab, enter your website address and choose Learn. Hyvo reads your public pages to work out what you offer, who it's for and how you sound, then fills in your Brand Memory. You can edit everything it finds, and run it again whenever your site changes.
The five tabs
- Brand: your name, industry, audience, what you offer, the problem you solve, why people choose you, and how you want to be seen.
- Voice: traits that describe how you sound, like "Warm, not cheesy" or "Confident, not pushy", plus a tone for each platform. Suggest from my posts proposes traits from what you've published.
- Examples: posts that Sound right, and posts to Avoid. Pick from your own best posts or paste your own.
- Knowledge: short documents Hyvo should know, such as your writing style, expertise, product details or your story.
- Rules: words to use (and what to say instead of other words), things Hyvo must never write, and any other instructions.
A progress ring shows how complete your Brand Memory is, and suggests the next thing to add.
Try it
Choose Try it to hear your Brand Memory before you trust it. Pick a platform, add a topic if you like, and choose Write. Hyvo writes one post exactly as it writes every draft, and checks it against your word rules. Nothing is saved or published.

Privacy
Brand Memory is private to your workspace: only people in it can see or change it. To start over, use Reset brand memory at the bottom of the Rules tab. It clears brand, voice, examples and instructions; documents stay.
